Casualties has been rescued after two vehicles were involved in a crash on the Suffolk/Essex border.
Crews were called to the B1054 in Steeple Bumpstead just after 6.10pm where two vehicles had collided by the Birdbrook Tavern.
Firefighters used cutting gear to free one casualty, with help from ambulance service staff, by about 7.45pm.
Two further casualties had been released before the arrival of fire crews.
Fire appliances from Wethersfield and Halstead attended but crews Haverhill were also called for.
There is currently no information regarding the extent of any of the casualty’s injuries.
