Police today called on people in Colchester to help with the search for missing teenager Ella Hysom.
Although she was last seen in Ilford on Monday afternoon, police say friends and members of the public in her home town may have vital information that might help with the search Speaking at a press conference in Ilford, DI John Delaney from Redbridge police said: “At this stage there’s no evidence to suggest any suspicion of foul play. We are treating this matter seriously and lots of resources have been deployed.
“We are appealing for information from members of the public to come forward on the whereabouts of Ella.
“In Colchester, we are appealing for members of the public and friends in the local area who may know of her whereabouts which may assist us in placing her.”
