A resident has been rescued from a house fire in Ipswich.
Two fire crews were sent to the blaze in Bulwer Road just after 5.05pm on Thursday and used one hose reel jet and a covering jet to tackle the fire.
At about 5.25pm, it was reported that people had been in the building and another crew from Ipswich East station were called.
One person in the property was rescued by firefighters at about 5.25pm – all people have been accounted for.
The incident was brought under control by about 5.30pm.
A spokesman for Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service was unable to give anymore details about the incident.
