A teenage girl has been airlifted to hospital after falling from a horse.
The accident happened while the girl, thought to be aged 16, was riding in Little Wenham, near the Suffolk/Essex border this morning.
A spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Services said: “We were called at 10.23am to an address in Little Wenham dispatching a rapid response vehicle, ambulance, duty officer and the East Anglian Air Ambulance.
“A teenage girl suffered a serious head injury and was flown to Addenbrooke’s Hospital.”
