SCORES of children discovered the wonders of science at a west Suffolk secondary school this weekend.
Pupils from across the county went to a special Key Stage 2 science day at St Benedict’s Catholic School in Bury St Edmunds.
Groups, led by head of science Fiona Green, experimented with absorbency and learnt about their DNA during the sessions at the Beetons Way school.
The event, which follows a similar day last year, was part of a celebration of science week.
