POLICE are today appealing for information following four break-ins at business premises in Ipswich earlier this week.
The first incident happened at a contractors premises in New Cut East, Ipswich, between 1.30pm on Friday and 7am on Monday.
Thieves broke into a yard there and stole hand tools, a laptop, an air rifle and vehicle keys – the keys were used to steal a white Ford van.
A further three incidents happened between 6pm on Monday and 8am on Tuesday.
The first incident involved a break-in at a car sales business in Portmans Walk.
A search was made and cash, tobacco and a digital camera were stolen from the premises.
Two men were seen in the area at the time. The first man was white, wore a dark blue jacket, with hi-visibility stripes and a yellow hi-visibilty hat.
The second man was wearing a dark coloured jacket with patches on the back and sleeves.
Thieves also broke into business supply company in Portmans Walk, but nothing was stolen.
There was also a break-in at a pre-school in Gatacre Road where cash was stolen.
