A POLICE officer was treated for shock after her vehicle was in collision with a bungalow in Lowestoft early today.
A spokeswoman for Suffolk Constabulary said the marked police car was responding to an emergency incident when it collided with the property in Normanston Drive just before 5am.
The female officer, who was the only occupant of the vehicle, was unhurt, but taken to the James Paget Hospital due to shock.
No other vehicles were involved.
The bungalow was empty and but the occupant is aware of the collision. A structural engineer will be sent to assess the damage.
