MORE than 5,500 pints of beer were drunk at the 16th annual Beer Festival held at the Museum of East Anglian Life last weekend.
The festival, which is run by the museum and the Campaign for Real Ale, started on Thursday, June 28, and ran to the following Sunday in Stowmarket.
Collections manager Lisa Harris, 38, said: “It was really good, a great atmosphere.
“All ages visited, from people trying new beers they had not tried before right through to families exploring the museum. It’s one of the biggest events of the year.”
