A MAN in Braintree has received a five-year Anti Social Behaviour order today.
John Kurzynski appeared at Colchester Magistrates Court today where he was made subject to a five-year ASBO.
Mr Kurzynski, 57, of South Street, Braintree is now prohibited from entering Braintree town centre as well as using threatening, insulting, or abusive words or behaviour, towards any person or persons not of the same household as himself, being drunk in a public place, being in possession of an open vessel of alcohol in a public place and urinating in any public place.
Mr Kurzynski has a history of public order offences and problems with drink-related offences and it is hoped that this ASBO shows residents in the town that police, working with other agencies, will take action to tackle the behaviour.
