A DIVING team has decided to abandon its efforts to find a suspected bomb off the Suffolk coast.
Experts from the Royal Navy found no sign of any device when they searched the area two miles off the coast of Southwold today.
The divers went out on Lowestoft lifeboat and decided no further action was needed.
The suspected bomb was discovered by a fishing vessel on Monday.
