A MAN was treated for minor injuries following an assault in Saxmundham.
The 26-year-old was left wounded in Mayflower Avenue just after 12.30am this morning.
Paramedics arrived at the scene to find the man suffering minor injuries but he was taken to hospital for further care.
A police spokesman said no weapons were used and no one had yet been apprehended in connection with in the incident.
