FIRE crews have been called out to a blaze in a derelict building in the town centre.
Two appliances from Princes Street fire station attended the scene, in Grimwade Street, Ipswich, at 9.30am today.
Firefighters arrived to find a pile of refuse inside the derelict building alight, but managed to get the flames under control within just a few minutes.
The cause of the fire is not yet known.
