ON THE WAY UP: Stowmarket Town are featured in this month’s edition of Football Focus national magazine with adult director of football Neil Sharp giving his views and hopes for the Ridgeons League First Division club.
He says that in five years time he would like to se the club back in the Premier Division with new dressing rooms and club house whether on the current site or elsewhere.
“At the end of June we appointed a new manager (Steve Jay) and our aim is to consolidate mid-table this term and trying to push on the promotion next,” added Sharp.
“We have had a better start than anyone anticipated, but it is still early days.
“When our new facilities are ready we will be in a better position to climb the football pyramid.”
