IPSWICH: More than 100 stunning photographs from around the world will go on display in the town on Saturday.
The Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition, which was originally on show at the Natural History Museum in London, opens at the Town Hall Galleries on the first stop of its tour.
Andrew Cann, Ipswich Borough Council’s portfolio holder for culture, said: “Being the first venue for the UK tour is a real coup for Ipswich and we hope that the community and visitors to the region enjoy this rare opportunity to experience this collection’s inspirational photography from around the world.”
The Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition is now in its 46th year and is an international showcase for the very best nature photography.
Admission to the exhibition is free.
