A MAN will appear in court this afternoon after being charged with four counts of rape and several other serious offences.
Stuart Greener, 53, of The Oaks, Wattisfield, near Eye, is due at Bury St Edmunds Magistrates’ Court.
He has been charged with three counts of rape relating to a female under 16 and one relating to an adult female, as well as five counts of indecent assault and possession of an air weapon when prohibited.
The charges were made following a police investigation into allegations of rape and other sexual abuse during the 1990s and 2000s.
