A MAN is in a serious condition in hospital today after being attacked in a seaside snooker club.
Three men have been arrested in connecton with the assault on the 49-year-old man at the premises in Sea Road, Felixstowe, just before 10pm last night.
The man suffered a head injury and was initially taken, unconscious, to Ipswich Hospital.
He was later transferred to Addenbrookes where he is described as being in a serious condition.
It is not clear at this staged whether the man is from Felixstowe or not.
Three men – a 37-year-old from London, a 24-year-old from London and a 28-year-old of no fixed abode – were arrested at the scene and are all currently in custody at Ipswich Police Station, where they will be questioned.
