Fire crews from Ixworth, Bury St Edmunds and Elmswell were called to tackle the fire at Abbey Farm in Thetford Road, Ixworth, on Saturday night.
A quarter of the timber-framed building, which contained straw and agricultural machinery, was engulfed in the fire, which took an hour-and-a-half to bring under control.
The men, a 16-year-old and a 20-year-old from the Bury area, have been released on police bail to return to Bury Police Station on September 23.
