FIREFIGHTERS were called to an Ipswich street today after a van caught alight.
The incident took place in London Road, near to the Lidl store, at around 11am.
Two crews from Princes Street were sent to the scene and used breathing apparatus and hose reel jets to douse the flames which had engulfed the front of the Ford Transit.
The fire was brought under control within 15 minutes.
