POLICE and firefighters were called to Hadleigh last night after a car struck a house.
POLICE and firefighters were called to the High Street, in Hadleigh, last night, after a car struck a house in the town.
The incident, which happened at the junction of Angel Street, was reported shortly before midnight.
Suffolk Police said that the vehicle was a red Ford Escort which was later recovered and taken away just before 3am.
It has come off the road and gone into the building at 11.55pm but there were no reports of any injuries.
Suffolk Fire Service attended and structural engineers were also called out.
