The Australian, who has returned to King's Lynn after a year with Workington, top scored in the qualifiers with 14-points and edged out home hero Jerran Hart in the final. Luke Bowen of Rye House was third and Coventry's Ben Barker retired in the final.
Runner-up Hart said: “I came here to win but second place is a good effort behind a rider of Kevin's class.”
