REPAIRS to the A14 at the Orwell Bridge will be delayed due to the adverse weather conditions over the next few days.
There was due to be repair work carried out overnight from tonight to Saturday however this has been postponed due to heavy rain and wind speeds expected to reach 50mph.
The work is part of a project to improve safety by repairing the drainage on the carriageway and bridge maintenance work.
Weather permitting, this work will now take place overnight from Thursday, September 9, to Saturday, September 12.
