COVENTRY have booked their place in the Elite League play-offs - despite slipping to a 52-44 defeat at Eastbourne.
The Bees will face league-leaders Swindon in the semi-finals and will stage their home leg on Monday, September 21.
Bees co-boss Peter Oakes said: “We've said along that the target was to get into the play-offs. We've qualified based on what's happened all season, not just in the last few weeks.”
With Peterborough losing at Belle Vue, Coventry's play-off place was confirmed.
