A DRAMATIC rescue has taken place at a farm in Hadleigh this afternoon as firefighters worked to free a dog.
A DRAMATIC rescue has taken place at a farm in Hadleigh this afternoon as firefighters worked to free a dog.
The Jack Russell was wedged underneath 40 telegraph poles at Hill Farm on Pond Hall Road in the town.
One crew from Hadleigh fire station attended at about 12.47pm and with the help of a farm contractor and some heavy lifting equipment the dog was released by 1.45pm.
A spokesperson for Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service said they believed the dog was unharmed.
