COVENTRY co-promoter Allen Trump considers Hans Andersen is riding illegally for Poole in his home debut Wednesday night against Eastbourne and has called for the BSPA "to throw the book" at the Pirates.
Trump said: "Hans is riding illegally at Poole this evening and we expect appropriate action to be taken against Poole and, of course, the deduction of his points.
"Peterborough only gave permission for Poole to talk to Hans, not to use him. Peterborough have not agreed to him riding for them.
"There have been no loan forms signed and no loan fee agreed. How a club can use a rider in a match when the club that owns the rider has objected I do not know.
"If Poole get away with this then the sport has reached a new low. Poole have effectively 'mugged' Hans from Peterborough and the ramifications for the sport are very disturbing."
