Christened 'Bamm Bamm' by Town fans, Naylor notched one of the goals in the club's famous 4-2 victory over Barnsley in the play-off final in 2000 which sent the club to the Premier League.
The 31-year-old ended his 15-year career with Town when he signed a two-and-a-half year deal with home-town club Leeds United yesterday.
Fans will no doubt miss Naylor, and you can send him your messages of thanks or support by leaving a comment below.
