The accident - involving a blue Audi A3 and a silver Mercedes - happened around 4.10pm on the A143 at Pakenham.
A spokeswoman for the East of England Ambulance Service said one female casualty was taken to West Suffolk Hospital in Bury St Edmunds with neck injuries.
