The most recent incident happened last night at the Nationwide branch in the Market Place, Great Yarmouth, at 6.50pm.
A spokeswoman for Norfolk Police said unknown offenders stole a quantity of cash from a security van outside the building.
“There does not appear to be any link to any other incidents at present but investigations are continuing,” she said.
It follows an incident on Wednesday when three men wearing dark clothing held up a security van with what appeared to be a handgun outside the Nationwide Building Society in Riverside Walk, Thetford, at about 6.30pm.
