A BUS driver has been summonsed to appear in court following a road crash in which his vehicle collided with a railway bridge.
A 51-year-old man from Haverhill, who has not been named, will appear at Sudbury Magistrates tomorrow for the offence of driving without due care and attention.
The summons relates to an accident in Little Saxham, near Bury St Edmunds, on September 9. The bus roof was ripped off but no one was hurt in the collision.
