A Dereham-based PR agency has marked a key year for the business by securing a string of notable contracts.

Jungle PR has signed up The Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts, the Middletons Steakhouse & Grill, and a Mexican chain restaurant Las Iguanas, which will open at Norwich's Riverside complex later this month.

The agency was appointed by the Sainsbury Centre to promote the exhibition 'REALITY': Modern and Contemporary British Painting. It will also devise a campaign to help Middletons Steakhouse & Grill launch a new restaurant in Colchester. Kate Morfoot, managing director of Jungle, said: 'Being appointed to represent and promote one of the most prestigious art exhibitions in the UK is a credit to our team. The arts and cultural side of our PR & marketing business is growing due the specific expertise we have in this sector.'

Jungle will account manage the social media engagement programme, handle the consumer regional and national promotion, together with all the media relations for the specialist Arts Press for REALITY.

Penelope Lucas, marketing and communications officer of The Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts, said: 'REALITY is a major exhibition and we needed a PR Agency that had the contacts, expertise and knowledge to promote it to the widest possible audience. Kate Morfoot and the Jungle PR team understood the brief perfectly and are delivering an excellent integrated campaign.'

Meanwhile, the PR agency has been shortlisted for three Chartered Institute of PR Awards.

Results will be announced at the PRide Awards on November 7 in Cambridge.
