A 44-year-old man has admitted assaulting police officers and members of the public in a west Suffolk town.
Police arrested a man in Haverhill late in the evening of Friday, December 30.
He was taken to Bury St Edmunds police investigation centre for questioning.
Marc Prime, of Elmdon Place in Haverhill, was subsequently charged with three counts of assault on three different members of the public on the day of the arrest.
He was also charged with four counts of assault on police officers.
Prime appeared before Suffolk Magistrates' Court in Ipswich on Monday, January 2.
He pleaded guilty to the offences and was remanded to appear before Ipswich Crown Court for sentencing at a date to be confirmed.
