Suffolk Police have said they are still investigating a case which saw a four-year-old's Christmas money stolen in an Ipswich toy shop.

Dougie Wilson, from Framlingham, was visiting Smyths Toys at the Anglia Retail Park with his mother when he accidentally dropped £60.

It is believed the money was picked up by an unknown man, who left the shop without handing it in.

Demelza Wilson, Dougie's mother, said he had received the cash as a Christmas present and was planning to use it to buy a new toy.

Earlier this month, police released a CCTV image of a man they wanted to speak with as part of their investigation.

The case is still open and police are appealing for anyone with any information to contact them, quoting crime reference number 37/81201/22.
