This three-bedroom cottage in a rural east Suffolk village is set to go under the hammer at auction next month.
Rose Cottage, as the property is known, can be found in Linstead Road in Huntingfield, near Halesworth.
Auction House East Anglia, which is marketing the property, described Rose Cottage as being in a "wonderful" setting, with the grounds extending to almost three acres.
The auctioneer said the home has a "wealth of character", including open fireplaces, exposed timbers framing and has been described as an "idyllic and peaceful retreat".
It has been listed with a guide price of between £500,000 and £550,000.
