A Suffolk man accused of murdering his wife and 12-year-old daughter is expected to enter pleas to the charges later this week.
Before Ipswich Crown Court on Monday (February 6) for a further case management hearing via a prison video link was 46-year-old Peter Nash, of Heath Estate, Great Waldingfield.
Judge Martyn Levett adjourned the case until Thursday (February 9) and said Nash would be expected to enter pleas to the murder charges at that hearing.
It is expected that Nash, who walks with the aid of a frame, will be brought to Ipswich Crown Court for the hearing.
Nash was arrested and charged with murder after police gained entry to a house on Heath Estate, Great Waldingfield on September 8 where 12-year-old Louise Nash and her 44-year-old mother Jillu Nash were found dead inside.
A Home Office post-mortem examination found that Jillu Nash’s cause of death was pressure on the neck while Louise Nash had died from a stab wound to the abdomen.
