A Woodbridge woman is bringing back her popular outdoor yoga classes with goats to help people of all ages "get that fuzzy feeling".

The concept proved immensely popular last year and will be returning from the beginning of April to coincide with goat kidding season.

She has been dubbed as one of the most "innovative yogis" by ticketing and event platform Eventbrite.

Eight years ago, one of Ms Malone's friends rang her up after hearing about the latest craze from America.

"She owned goats and suggested I go to meet them to try out the concept," said Ms Malone.

"From the moment I set eyes on them, I had a smile on my face and I want everyone to be able to get that fuzzy feeling."

For the first four years of her goat yoga career, she worked with goats who were a little naughty and liked to chew on shoelaces, but now works with a more well-behaved bunch.

"They'll often come and sit on your yoga mat," she said.

"We even have one adult goat who we call the Selfie Queen, because she'll pose if you point a camera at her."

The classes are at a beginner's level to ensure everyone can enjoy the experience and last for an hour and fifteen minutes.

Ms Malone simply asks that you bring a mat and a little bit of patience, reminding everyone of the goats' natural bodily functions.

"If the unfortunate happens once, you can turn over your mat," she said.

"If it happens twice, I'm happy to provide a replacement for the remainder of the session."

She also always has a member of staff from the farm to keep an eye on any would-be goat mischief and says the unpredicatibility simply adds to the joy of the experience.
