A former kitchen and bedroom showroom in Hadleigh town centre remains unsold despite recently being listed for auction.
The unit at 86-88 High Street was set to go under the hammer with Auction House East Anglia last Wednesday.
The shop was previously occupied by Hadleigh Kitchen & Bedroom Studio before it closed in the last few years.
Auction House East Anglia described the Grade II listed building as offering "the best in retail opportunity" and listed a guide price of £400,000 to £450,000.
On the day of the auction, bidding for the property reached £429,000 but it was not officially sold.
