A Bury St Edmunds funeral parlour has requested permission to expand into the site of a former dentist across the road.
Armstrong Funeral Service has requested permission to expand from their existing parlour on 43 St Andrews Street North into number 24.
As yet, it is unknown how the new site would be used, only that the independent funeral director is requesting permission to use the building "as part of its premises".
Previously, the site was occupied by Apex Dental Care and before this, it was in use as a retail unit.
