Police have released CCTV footage of a dog being kicked by a man as they appeal for help in identifying him.
The incident took place at 7.48pm on Friday, March 3 on the Northfield View estate in Stowmarket.
In the footage, a man can be seen walking the dog on a leash when he trips over it.

He then kicks the dog before picking it up and walking off.
The dog can be heard to make a loud squealing noise after being kicked, which some people may find distressing.
The man was wearing dark-coloured shorts, a dark jacket and a dark-coloured hat.
The dog was of dark and light colouring and was wearing a red jacket.
Anyone who recognises the man or who has any information is asked to contact Suffolk police, quoting crime reference number 37/12976/23.
