A number of homes in a Suffolk village are without internet and access to their landline after an outage.
Homeowners in Acton, near Sudbury, are facing potentially a week with no broadband due to the outage.
According to the BT website, it was first reported at around 8.10am on Thursday.
The outage has affected The Acton Crown pub, which is currently unable to accept card payments.
The BT website states it will be fixed by Thursday, March 30.
BT has been approached for comment.
