One lane of the A14 is closed in west Suffolk due to a broken-down vehicle.
Officers were called to the scene on the eastbound carriageway, at junction 43, near Bury St Edmunds, after a lorry hit a tyre.
A single-lane has been closed due to the incident.
According to the AA Traffic Map, there is delays of 30 minutes in the area.
It follows an earlier three-vehicle crash near to Orwell Bridge.
Damage to the central reservation has closed the westbound carriageway near Ipswich.
