The window of a butchers shop in a west Suffolk town has been smashed in an act of vandalism.
Brandon Butchers, in the High Street, shared a picture of the smashed window on social media.
"Unfortunately our shop window has been the victim of vandalism and has been seriously smashed," a spokesperson for the store said.
"Good news is we have CCTV footage available and are working closely with the police.
"Bad news is that this may delay our opening as we work to get repairs made; we will be working as quickly as we can but please bear with us."
The shop is due to open on Tuesday, May 2.
A spokesperson for Suffolk police said the incident happened overnight between Sunday, April 9, and Monday, April 10.
"We are investigating and it is at an early stage," they added.
Anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has CCTV footage is asked to contact Suffolk police quoting crime reference 37/20903/23.
