A number of west Suffolk homes are currently without water after damage to a mains pipe.
Homes and businesses around Haverhill have been affected.
A statement on Anglian Water's website reads: "This issue has been caused by 3rd party damage to a significant main, in turn causing subsequent bursts, causing a more complicated fix than we expected."
Kedington Primary Academy near Haverhill had to shut today due to a lack of water in the area.
Water supplies should be restored by 5pm, Anglian Water confirmed.
