Hundreds of homes in and around Ipswich are without water due to a pump failure.
Anglian Water confirmed it was working to fix a pump failure in the town on Sunday evening.
According to the supplier's online checker, properties in east Ipswich, Whitehouse, Kesgrave and Martlesham have been affected.
It is the second consecutive evening that Ipswich has experienced water supply issues.
Anglian Water's checker said: "We're really sorry but some customers in Ipswich may have either low water pressure or no water at all.
"This is being caused by a pump failure in your area.
"We're working hard to get it fixed and get your supply back to normal as soon as possible."
