A motorcyclist has died following a three-vehicle crash in Bromeswell.

Police were called just after 12pm on Sunday, July 2, to reports of a three-vehicle crash on Orford Road.

The vehicles involved were a black Volkswagen T-ROC car, a black Triumph Daytona motorbike and a KTM Super Adventure motorbike.

Police, ambulance and air ambulance crews were all in attendance between The Unruly Pig pub and Woodbridge Golf Club.

The rider of the Triumph Daytona, a man in his 30s, died at the scene.

The rider of the KTM motorbike, a man in his 50s, sustained serious injuries and was taken to Ipswich Hospital for treatment.

The driver of the car was not injured.

The road was closed to allow for a collision investigation but reopened at 7pm.

Police are appealing for any witnesses to the collision to come forward, along with anyone driving in the area prior to the incident who has a dashcam in their vehicle.
