There are currently six men who are being hunted by Suffolk police – one of whom has been missing for almost five years.
Three people remain missing from the last wanted list published at the start of this year.
Gerry Sargeant and Zenel Marku are both absconders from Hollesley Bay, and the police have been searching for Newmarket man Philip Emery since March 2018.
There are three new faces on the list, including a further absconder from Hollesley Bay prison, located just eight miles from the market town of Woodbridge.
Officers recommend that people do not approach these men but ask that you inform Suffolk police if you do have any helpful information which could bring them into custody.
Charlie Souter
Charlie Souter is a 25-year-old male who has been missing since June 7 this year.
He is wanted for cannabis growing offences and is thought to be in the Lowestoft, Beccles or Great Yarmouth areas.
He is described as having short, fair hair, with light-coloured stubble, and is 5ft 7ins tall.
Morgan Smyth
Morgan Smyth, a 24-year-old man, has been missing since May 11 this year after he absconded from Hollesley Bay prison.
He was serving a three-year sentence for possession of a knife, blade or sharp, pointed article, possessing an offensive weapon in a public place, threatening a person with a sharply pointed article in a public place and harassment.
He is of a slim build, 6ft 3ins tall with brown hair, brown eyes, and, at last sighting, a goatee.
Police are clear that he should not be approached if seen.
Lenny Duberry
Lenny Duberry has been missing since April 27 this year.
He is also known as Lenice Murrain and is 39 years old.
A man local to Ipswich, Duberry is wanted for failure to adhere to his sentence and is known to have links to Norfolk and Essex.
He is described as having a heavy build and is 5ft 3ins tall.
Anyone who has seen him or knows of his current whereabouts should contact police quoting crime reference number 37/15600/23
Gerry Sargeant
Sargeant is a 61-year-old who absconded from Hollesley Bay Prison on September 9, 2018.
He had been released on a temporary license to attend a work placement in Bury St Edmunds.
Police warn that he was serving a 15-year sentence for robbery and theft.
Anyone who believes they may have seen Sargeant, or who has any information regarding his whereabouts, is asked to contact Suffolk police on 101 quoting crime reference number 65107/18.
Zenel Marku
Marku is the third man on the list to have absconded from Hollesley Bay Prison.
He has been missing since April 26, 2021.
Marku was serving nine years in prison for drug offences, and is described as white, of medium build, brown eyes and with brown hair.
He is known to have links to the London area.
Philip Emery
Emery is a 45-year-old male from Newmarket.
He is described as white, about 1.65m or 5ft 4ins tall, of a thin build, with blue eyes and short grey hair.
Police suspect he is highly likely to remain in the Newmarket area but could travel to Cambridge, Thetford or Bury St Edmunds.
He has been missing since March 18, 2022.
