New menus at one of Suffolk's most popular hotels will bring a taste of summer to the countryside.
The Swan at Lavenham Hotel and Spa is launching a range of delicious options from their fine dining menu in the Gallery restaurant or in the Mess Call 487 Brasserie.
For starters, guests and visitors will be able to select from Norfolk crab with pink grapefruit, stem ginger and brown crab mayonnaise, while mains include Suffolk chicken stuffed with chorizo and a loin of lamb for £30.
Among the new dishes on the menu at The Mess Call 487 brasserie include cured sea trout, courgette velouté with basil pesto and tempura battered fish catch of the day.
Both menus also feature a ‘cut of the day’ served with parmesan and truffle chips and a peppercorn sauce.
If you have room for desserts, seasonal choices include a strawberry and Pimm's Eton mess and deconstructed peach melba and photo-ready plum and custard parfait sandwich.
Both restaurants are open daily for both lunch and dinner.
