An inquest into the death of a woman who died in car crash in Hadleigh last year has been suspended pending a police investigation.
Margaret Elmer, 76 and from Ipswich, died as a result of a two-vehicle crash in Lady Lane on Saturday, June 25, 2022.
Mrs Elmer was the rear passenger of a blue Toyota Aygo, which was involved in a collision with an orange Ford Ranger.

The court heard that Mrs Elmer was brought to the Accident and Emergency department at Ipswich Hospital, but was found to be in “a poor condition” with “unsurvivable injuries”.
She died later that day.
A suspension statement was read before the court by assistant coroner Peter Taheri at a hearing on Friday.
Mr Taheri said that in light of criminal proceedings being underway, an inquest into Mrs Elmer’s death would resume in June next year.
Ann Abbott, 76, of Marlborough Drive, Sudbury, has now been charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
She appeared at Cambridge Magistrates’ Court on July 6, where she was formally charged.
