Officers were called after a dispute at a Suffolk warehouse where men were seen with a chainsaw in broad daylight.
Suffolk police were called shortly before 12.15pm on Tuesday (September 26) following reports of a burglary at a warehouse in Needham Market.
It was reported that four men were trying to force access to the site, on Williamsport Way, using a chainsaw to cut the padlock on the door.
When officers attended the scene, they found the incident to be a civil dispute.
A spokesperson from Suffolk police said: "The parties involved replaced the padlock and police confirm no crime had taken place."
