A warning for heavy rain has been extended across Suffolk. 

On Wednesday, the Met Office issued a yellow weather warning for heavy rain in parts of the county including Haverhill, Sudbury, Felixstowe and Ipswich. 

The warning, which is in place between 9pm on Thursday and midnight on Saturday, has now been extended to cover the whole of Suffolk, including Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket and Lowestoft.

Drivers should expect spray and flooding on roads, with flooding homes and businesses likely. 

Bus and train services could also be affected.
