Visitors are often bewitched when they visit a Suffolk house and the good news is that it will be opening its doors again in the next couple of days.

However, please be aware the rooms at number 54 Peterhouse Crescent in Woodbridge come with a few extra surprises for the guests when they arrive for their annual stay on Halloween, this Tuesday (October 31).

Let's just say, they may encounter some interesting residents at the property... some of whom may even be alive.

Mr Thackeray said: "I've built two more props this year; a pumpkin ghoul that is sure to give a close encounter and a moving zombie that's triggered by a pressure mat, as well as all the other props I've built over the years.

"We have air cannons that scare everybody every time without fail."

Some of the portraits around the house will also make for interesting viewing, while there is a maze to navigate in the back garden, should anyone wish to leave.
