Firefighters have rescued two people and their dog after they were called to a house blaze in a Suffolk town.
Crews were alerted to the blaze in Windsor Terrace in Haverhill at about 3.45am on Saturday.
A spokesman for Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service said appliances from Haverhill and Clare received assistance from two crews from Cambridgeshire.
Two people and their dog were rescued from the blaze.
Firefighters used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel, one covering jet and a thermal image camera to bring the fire under control.
A 'stop' call was made at 4.25am by the fire service.
